It's the start of a new week, so you know what the means, it's time for my weekend recap!! I am loving blogging my weekend recap every Monday, I am hoping you all are enjoying it too! It's so fun to look back and remember what I did on a certain weekend! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
Friday, Andrew and I stayed home, made dinner, and homemade piña coladas! They were SO yummy! We try and make one day out of our weekends just dedicated to spending time together. During the week we are so busy, we don't always get that quality time together. So we make sure to have that one of the days on the weekend! :)
Saturday, I had a wedding to assist/second shoot with McKenzie at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. We had such a blast hanging out and photographing the wedding together. It is so nice meeting other photographers who believe in community over competition, and making new friends. Margaret and Melanie's wedding was absolutely perfect! Every last detail was just amazing, the location, their love for one another and their vows to one another. There wasn't a single dry eye there. I can't wait to share some pictures from their wedding, so be on the lookout for that!
Sunday, Andrew and I spent the afternoon hanging out with one of my best friends, Anna, from back in CT. Oh my gosh, I was overjoyed to see her! We started off meeting at T-Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney. Then we walked around downtown disney for awhile just laughing and catching up on everything. Andrew and Anna's boyfriend Dan, got to catch up and follow us around all night. We also found this amazing cupcake ATM! Oh my gosh, it was the coolest thing!! Andrew and I were even able to get a gluten free cupcake, and it was delicious!! We then left and went to a local restaurant to just talk more and hang out. Oh, I did not want them to leave!! I am so thankful we got to spend some time with them though!
That was my weekend, it was such a great weekend but it ended way too fast! Now time to catch up on editing, and prepare some more blog posts for the week!!
