Happy Thursday! I am SO excited to feature Savannah + Mike on the blog today! I have been anxiously awaiting to share their engagement session! They are one of my 2018 couples, and I absolutely adore both of them! We did their engagement pictures at Edward Medard Park and Reservoir in Plant City, FL. This was my first time there, but certainly not my last!
This park is one of their favorites and somewhere Savannah has spent a lot of time! I am so glad they chose a place that had a lot of meaning for them. Plus, it was gorgeous there! I had been looking forward to this session for a while, and was so excited when the day finally arrived! When we arrived at the park it started to drizzle, but it actually worked in our favor, and the lighting was perfect! We started by exploring the area with the tree's and all the open roots. It seriously was so amazing, I had never seen anything like it before! Then we moved on to where the lake was, and it was so peaceful and just beautiful there! I am seriously, so glad we did their pictures here, it has a little bit of everything for us to see!
Getting to know Savannah + Mike so was nice. I absolutely loved spending a few hours in the morning with them, getting to know more about them, and getting to hear their love story. It was such a perfect morning, and such a nice way to get comfortable and ready for their wedding day! They have the most caring and sweetest relationship I have seen. The way Mike looked at Savannah and made sure she was happy and getting everything she wanted, was the sweetest to witness. You can just see the love these two share, and how perfect they are for one another.
We even had their daughter join us at the end for a quick picture! She was such a cutie, I can't wait to see her dressed up at the wedding! I am so thankful they picked me to be their wedding photographer. I cannot wait to celebrate their wedding day with them! :)
